I have double checked the drivers and have reloaded the drivers for the troublesome printer, but no luck We have a very similar printer, a Ricoh C830dn, when they print there, they have no issues. Here is the issue, when printing double sided they can only print out one copy at a time, when it is not they can print multiple copies.
